Mr. Moncada is the founder of FXM Research and FAX Pharma. As such, he is The Most Knowledgeable and Responsible Person to Handle all FDA Inspections. Francisco Moncada is a BS Registered Nurse; he has worked with Dr. Wiltz for over 27 years and has extensive experience in most dermatological conditions and disorders. The following are the most important milestones under the Direction /Management of Mr. Moncada:
Today, all FXM Research sites (US and International) as well as FAX Pharma Clinical Research site are under Mr. Moncada’s senior management directive to ensure all these sites convey the same unequivocal quality of standards each has to offer.
Mr. Jimenez holds a BS in Industrial Engineering with a major in processes and have previously worked in Marketing and Sales for major and small family businesses internationally. Mr. Jimenez joined FXM in the year 2006. He manages operational activities for clinical studies across all sites (locally and internationally) which involves Management of Operating Processes, Marketing, IT and Human Resources. Mr. Jimenez is also the co-founder ands VP director of FAX Pharma.
Mrs. Cabo-Reinoso holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and have previously worked in administrative positions heavily scoped in HR and Finance Management. Mrs. Cabo-Reinoso joined FXM in the year 2018. She manages all financial aspects related to the clinical studies for FXM Research International and provides a supporting role to the FXM US Domestic sites. She is also the office manager for FAX Pharma Clinical Research.
Dr. Lima-Maribona is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with over 23 years of extensive experience in the field of Dermatology and she is the Principal Investigator for FAX Pharma Clinical Research at our South Miami office. Dr. Lima-Maribona is a Diploma of the American Osteopathic Board of Medical Examiners since 1999 and an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, the American Medical Association, the American Society for Laser, Medicine, & Surgery, the Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Society, Florida Society of Dermatology & Dermatologic Surgery, the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, and the Miami Society for Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery.
Melissa Arteaga is an Advance Practice Registered Nurse with a Master’s Degree in Nursing. Ms. Arteaga joined the FXM/FAX Pharma team in July 2023, and ever since she has demonstrated to be an effective team player and an avid patient’s advocate. Melissa is the Sub-Investigator of the FAX Pharma Clinical research site in South Miami.
Maritza D. Diego is a Certified Physician Assistant with a Master’s Degree in Medical Science. Maritza has been instrumental in the development and success of FXM Research since joining in 2007. She believes that communication, teamwork, dedication, and people are the keys to any successful organization.
Maritza has extensive experience in clinical research and has played a vital role in each position she has obtained throughout the company. Maritza began her career as a Clinical Research Secretary and quickly was promoted to Clinical Research Coordinator, shortly after promoted to Lead Clinical Research Coordinator, followed by Assistant Director of Clinical Research, Director of Clinical Research and ultimately Chief Executive Officer of FXM Research. As the CEO, Maritza’s goal is to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction to patients and Sponsors/CROs. Maritza is responsible for all activities associated with FXM Clinical Research. Maritza is also part of the senior management team supporting FAX Pharma Clinical research as an Administrator.
A graduate from the University of Miami, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Since joining FXM Research in 2016, Kevin has brought resourcefulness, motivation and initiative to foster growth to FXM organically. Kevin manages and supports hands-on, the daily Operation, Marketing, IT and Human Resources for all three domestic FXM sites as well as provides support to the International sites. Mr. Diego is also part of the senior management team supporting FAX Pharma Clinical research as an Administrator.
A graduate of Florida International University, Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Since joining FXM Research in 2017, Michael has brought reliability, and financial expertise to running a financially-sound operation. Michael supports the daily operation and manages all book keeping for the three domestic FXM sites. Michael supports FAX Pharma Clinical research as a financial consultant.
Yaneysi Alonso is an experienced qualified clinical research professional who focuses on good clinical practice and patient care. Yaneysi has been with FXM reach for over 10+ years as a Clinical Research Coordinator and now holds the position of Assistant Site Manager. Yaneysi has brought leadership, knowledge, and an unmatched dedication toward the success of FXM to her managerial role. Yaneysi will be supporting the Executive Team on daily operational tasks and site follow-up. Yaneysi is also a supporting team member for FAX Pharma Clinical research as an Administrator.
